I’m a pastor who knits, or a knitter who pastors, a crocheter, a sometimes designer, and mom to an awesome dog. My husband, Ale, owns a yarn importing company, and I have the horrible joy of picking out the yarns for his line from family-owned producers in Italy. It’s a rough life.

I live in Missouri with Emily the boxer, Ale the Italian, and Mr. Fu, the cat. My parents live a couple of hours up the road, where they enjoy the lake and dye yarn Ale imports with homemade dyes they extract from native plants. I’ve never seen my mom so happy as when she’s up to her elbows in wet yarn.

I have an awesome little country church with a great big heart for its community.

I’m working on a book. There. I said it. It’s a book about fiber and church stuff. That’s all I’m going to say about that for now. Must stop writing blog. Must start writing sermon.
